CallForwarding

There are 4 conditions of call forwarding in Xymphony, these are Unconditional call forwarding, busy call forwarding and no answer forwarding.

Unconditional forwarding

With the unconditional call forwarding rule, the user forwards all incoming calls (to this user) automatically forward to this number.

Usage: <Unconditional call forwarding (Default 850)> + abc...... (forwarding number)

Cancellation Unconditional call forwarding (factory code 850) only without abc... should be dialed and the phone should hang up.

Users can edit Unconditional forwarding (User) field either via web page "user.asp" or via law action Call forwarding unconditional (default 850).

If Unconditional forwarding (User) is defined, user dial tone is replaced with System/Cadence/Timer/1 Diversion active cadence.

TELESIS digital phone users can also change Unconditional forwarding (User) setting via navigation keys.

Busy Forwarding

With the busy call forwarding rule, the user forwards incoming calls while busy.

Usage: <Busy call forwarding (Default 851)> + abc...... (forwarding number)

Cancellation Busy call forwarding (factory code 851) only without abc... should be dialed and the phone should hang up.

Users can edit busy forwarding (User) field either via web page "user.asp" or via law action busy Call forwarding (default 851).

Noanswer Forwarding

With the noanswer call forwarding rule, the user forwards the call when does not answer the call within the noanswer call forwarding period in the signaling table of the port.

Usage: <Noanswer call forwarding (Default 852)> + abc...... (forwarding number)

Cancellation Noanswer call forwarding (factory code 852) only without abc... should be dialed and the phone should hang up.

Users can edit Noanswer forwarding (User) field either via web page "user.asp" or via law action Call forwarding no reply (default 852).

Divert all calls

The user forwards the incoming calls with the routed calls or subscriber access code with the "Divert all calls" rule with the unconditional call forwarding rule.

Usage: <Divert all calls (Default 858)> + abc...... (forwarding number)

Cancellation Divert all calls (factory code 858) only without abc... should be dialed and the phone should hang up.
