DelayedHotLine

Updates User properties/Delayed hot line (User) field. Hot line digits should follow. Whenever the user goes off hook, delayed hot line timer (Adjustable in "Common properties/ Signalling table/Delayed hot line timer") is set. Upon expiry of the timer, call is setup using the following digits.

Usage: Delayed hot line (Default 853) + abc...... (numbers)

Cancellation: Only the "Delayed hot line" code without abc... should be dialed.
