ReminderFeature

There are 4 services related to reminder in Xymphony. These;

When the user enters the reminder activation permanently code, followed by the hour (two digits) and minute (two digits) on a 24-hour basis, the service is activated, and hours and minutes are entered in the Reminder time text boxes on the port's user properties page. The exchange creates a call towards the user at hh:mm time. System message 7 is played to the user when the user answers the call.

The Xymphony tries to remind the reminder three times with an interval of two minutes unless the user responds, or if the user is busy at the appointment reminder time. If no response is received in the third attempt, the appointment reminder is reported as unsuccessful from call records.

Until deactivation, user is alerted every day

Activate: Reminder Activation (Permanently) (Default value 8701) + ss:dd

With the Reminder sequence rule, the user activates the reminder-wake-up service for many other subscribers. The reminder sequence service entered with the reminder feature is not permanent, it is temporary.

Activate: Reminder Sequence (Default value 8708) + ss:dd + sss...(Subscriber access code) + sss...(Subscriber access code) + ...

With the reminder service deactivation service, the reminder will be cancelled.
