VoiceMessagePlay

Voice message play rule allows to listen to recorded messages with their number.

Usage: Voive Message Play (Default value 862) + p (0 or 1) + mm (message number)

System voice message of "message no" played and if play type (p) is 0, DTMF reception is enabled to receive further digits dialled and routing analysis restarted. If play type (p) is 1, DTMF reception is not permitted
