VoiceRecordHeldCall

To record a conversation when XCom is not available, put the call on hold, dial the function code and retrieve the call.

Usage: Hold + Voice record held call (Default value 866) + Retrieve call (Hold)

In order for subscribers to use this feature, their voice mail quotas must be given.
