ActivateXymphonyAdjunctServer

With Xymphony Adjunct server integration, information about the incoming or outgoing call from the port can be sent to an adjunct server, the adjunct server can scan the database according to the information received from Xymphony and respond to Xymphony, and Xymphony can take action on the call according to the response.

With the Adjunct server integration, calling party number information can be sent to CRM applications, different welcome messages can be played to calling customers, calls in the black list can be relaesed, etc.

As the data protocol between Xymphony and Adjunct server is very simple, the customer can easily develop adjunct server application.

To activate the Adjunct feature from Xymphony, click on Ethernet/Adjunct

Fill in the Adjunct server port and Adjunct server IP address fields, after these operations the save parameters and the PBX should be restarted. When the PBX is connected with an adjunct server, an online message will be displayed.

When you use Xapi as the adjunct server, run Xapi.exe, enter the IP address of the exchange into the New adjunct server field in the window that opens, click New adjunct server (Xymphony ip address) button, the new window opens, enter the numbers into the Response digit field, for example, if you want to activate table 00, the robot operator is 84000 (factory in the values).

If No is selected from the "Adjunct client type" list box on the common properties page of the port, when a call comes from the port, the normal routing procedure works without any additional operation.

When Informative is selected, when a call comes from the port, information is sent to the IP address and port defined in Ethernet / Adjunct and normal route assignment is performed.

When No resp.go is selected, the adjunct server is informed, if no response is received from the Adjunct server, it is informed again within 2 seconds, and if no response is received, the normal routing process continues.

No resp.abort is selected, the adjunct server is informed. If there is no response from the Adjunct server, it is informed again within 2 seconds, and if there is no answer, the call disconnects.
