During routing analysis, if call control executes this law action, checks the Common properties/Single port routing parameter of the caller. If an access code is defined and available, that port is seized.

Assume that subscribers dial 0 to use trunk lines but some subscribers dial 0 to use different trunk lines

In factory settings all subscribers are using routing criteria table 0 and all analog trunks lines are using route 0. Which trunk line will be used for single port routing, remove that line from route 0. Assume that first trunk line will use for single port routing, select trunk and click common properties.

Delete 0 from Used in route text box

Write the access code of the trunk line in the single port routing text box on the common features page of the subscriber who will use the defined port single port routing feature.

Routing criteria table of this subscriber, prefix 0, 00 and 000 uses single port routing law first, alternatively uses route 0 (R0).

If an trunk access code is defined in single port routing text box of susbscriber, The subscriber first use the line written in the single port routing field, if the defined line cannot be reached (busy etc), subscriber uses trunk from route 0.
