Usage: Credit adding (in factory settings 8300)+sss... (subscriber access code)+nnnn (credit)

To use this feature credit control of account properties of user must be mark. Credited users can call if and only if they have enough credits in their credit pool. During the conversation, received charge (metering) pulses decrease credits in the pool. An active call is automatically disconnected by the system if there is no credit left in the pool.
