Since Telesis systems are managed over IP, it is very easy to build up a maintenance center to maintain and control several systems in the same network or different network. All system-management operations are performed without interrupting the functions of the system. The proper operation of the maintenance center is ensured with:
- IP Network
- Built-in ethernet interfaces
- Built-in web server for man machine interfacing
- A web browser in the maintenance PC located in the maintenance center
- High data transfer rate over IP
- Accessibility to the XTools utility over IP
- Possibility of having a common database to store CMDR records, voice records, etc. Each record is stamped with the exchange ID or name, so that easy to distinguish
- Several IDs , passwords, adjustable port numbers to prevent unauthorized access
- Different authority levels for different maintenance personnel or maintenance operators
