PX24XrXCAUPerformance

Things to do for the best performance in CAU;

1. The purpose of the TELESIS CAU architecture is not to affect the whole system in case of failure. For this reason, if communication with a system (voip provider, hospital systems etc.) will be provided with a sip trunk in a CAU with 2 or more AUs, the following items should be paid attention to.

a. For outgoing calls, a different name (user id) and trunk for the same sip system should be added to each AU in the CAU and they have to use same route (RXXX). Thus, when the sip trunk in a single AU cannot be reached in case of failure, the conversations continue over other AUs.

b. All traffic for incoming calls should not be forwarded to a single AU, should forwarded to multiple AUs. Some dialed numbers (such as the last digit ending with 0,1 or 3,4) should be directed to different AUs.

2. In the energy connection of the system, each cabinet should receive electricity from a separate phase, the cabinet should be connected directly to the fuse of the phase.

3. The switch that comes with the exchange should work in N mode, do not operate in V or S mode.
