- Check if there is a sufficient clearance around the 19-inch rack for maintenance and after-installation works.
- Avoid installing the Stillink 3200 into an heavily occupied 19-inch rack for ease of maintenance, as well as, proper cooling.
- Be prepared to use ventilation or air conditioning to prevent overheating, if it would be becessary.
- In the same 19-inch rack, always install heavier equipment below the Stillink 3200 in order to maintain the center of gravity as low as possible.
- Check the availability of protective ground connection to the Stillink 3200 within the 19-inch rack.
- Obtain four mounting screws suitable for attaching the Stillink 3200 into the 19-inch rack.
- Obtain a phillips-head screwdriver suitable for use.
