Used to play voice messages

Usage: Voice message play (in factory settings 8621)+0 or 1 + nn (Message number)

1 digit play type and 2 digit System message number should follow. System voice message of "message no" played and if play type is 0, DTMF reception is enabled to receive further digits dialled and routing analysis restarted. If play type is 1, DTMF reception is not permitted.
