XComCRMInstallation

Telesis IP PBX system's XCom client is capable of automatically searching contacts from CRM records according to Caller ID information.

Settings

When you select Settings from the Menu that opens in the Xcom settings window

1. Type the address of the CRM server in the Crm Home text box. 2. In the Crm Prefix text box, type the link of the contacts page followed by the IP address of your CRM server and in CRM. For SuitCRM /index.php?action=index&module=Contacts&searchFormTab=advanced_search&query=true&phone= 3. Clip Pfx/Rep text box is optional. Before the analyse, Xcom can replace part of the incoming CallerID number with another number. 4. Mark Clip->Crm to search the CRM database 5. If the filter is bigger than the number selected from the filter, the CRM database is used.

Xcom uses default web browser. So login to your CRM program from your default web browser

Compatibility

XCom 3.25 (or newer) version has been tested and approved with SuitCrm Version 7.11.10.
