XphoneScreenInformationXphone has a 25-character, 8-line display. Lines one and 2 show information about the call, lines 3, 4, 5 and 6 show information about call transfer, line 7 shows the services used, and line 8 shows the function keys that are active when the Shift key is pressed.
If a call has been transferred, a line containing information about the status of the transfer appears on the screen. The line format is as follows. K SSS PPPPPPPP DDDDDDDD If the transfer made to "K" is reversible, it takes one of the values A, B, C and D. Speed dial keys A, B, C and D are reserved for transfer undo. If nothing is defined for these keys (even in shift mode), the transfer will be undone when the relevant key is pressed. SSS shows the status of the transfer made. SSS can take the following values RTG Routing is in progress (transfer cannot be retrieved) SZD Transferred location is ringing (transfer can be retrieved) ROU Redirected to (transfer cannot be retrieved) ACT The transferred call is answered (transfer cannot be retrieved) DSC Disconnecting (transfer cannot be retrieved) REL Release (transfer cannot be retrieved) PRK The transferred port put the conversation on park (transfer cannot be retrieved)
