When LDAP is activated in IP phones, it is possible to ask a number to the Directory in incoming or outgoing calls, and in case of conflict, name information is displayed. The second field is 32 characters long, only numbers 0-9 can be entered. In order to download the Directory file to PC, it can be saved as a text file under the desired folder by right clicking the Directory / Download. The line entered in the text file should be separated into two fields by "/". You can create the Directory by adding it to the text file and the Guide created by clicking Guide / Download can be uploaded to Xymphony. When the directory is loaded, depending on the length of the records in it, the Directory option may not be seen on the central page for a while. In the CAU architecture, the Directory is common to every AU.
