Every routing criteria table entry has at least one Covered time span field. Every Covered time span is attached with a Number of used law that defines the Law action to be executed upon usage of the table entry.

Default Covered time span covers the entire week. If you want call control to perform different actions depending on the day of week or time of day, You can split the current span and attach a new law number to the splitted part.

If you want to do so, press Split.

If the entry has multiple Covered time span definitions, Merge button merges the selected time-span with the next one below it.

Example:

Activate different greeting messages between 08:00-11:00, 11:00-17:00 and 17:00-08:00 for incoming calls from analog trunk

To activate auto attendant for analog trunk, write 840+table number (840+00 for auto attendant table 00) in hot line field of account properties page.

Click Auto attendant from the main page and select Attendant id 0 and click Edit button

Write main message number to be read from 08:00-11:00

Click Auto attendant from the main page and select Attendant id 1 and click Edit button, Write main message number to be read from 11:00-17:00

Click Auto attendant from the main page and select Attendant id 2 and click Edit button, Write main message number to be read from 17:00-08:00

Select 840 prefix in routing criteria table 1, and click Edit button

Click Split button of covered time span

Select Mon 08.00 in Splitting time

Select the time split and press the Split button again.

Select Mon 11.00 in Splitting time

Select the time split and press the Split button again.

Select Mon 17.00 in Splitting time

Select the time split and press the Split button again.

Select Tue 08.00 in Splitting time

Split the days of the week similarly, the following table occurs when the split operation is finished

Select Sun 00:00 Mon 08:00 time interval and click Unused from the Number of used Law list box.

Select Required authorization-Day-Night 1, Auto attendant from law action list box and write 02 in replacement digits field.

Select Mon 08:00 Mon 11:00 time interval and click Unused from the Number of used Law list box. Select Required authorization-Day-Night 1, Auto attendant from law action list box and write 00 in replacement digits field.

Select Mon 11:00 Mon 17:00 time interval and click Unused from the Number of used Law list box. Select Required authorization-Day-Night 1, Auto attendant from law action list box and write 01 in replacement digits field.

What have we done at this time

Time between 00:00-08:00, (from sunday to monday), use auto attendant table 02 (use Number of used Law 170)
Time between 08:00-11:00, (for monday) use auto attendant table 00 (use Number of used Law 171)
Time between 11:00-17:00, (for monday) use auto attendant table 01 (use Number of used Law 172)

use the same numbers of Number of used Law on other days and times of the week. Select Mon 17:00 Tue 08:00

It is using Number of used Law 159, change it with 170 and press OK button below,

use the same number of used law for days and times of the week
