The default port value can be modified to another or if the exchange is part of cluster, it is fixed port. To do this, click on VoiceRecorder
link in Homepage
Ethernet
paragraph.
The VoiceRecorder
link opens Voice recorder settings
page.
Edit the Voicerecorder port
textbox for the desired port number and then click on OK
button. Be aware that when OK
button is clicked in Voice recorder settings
page, modified parameters are stored into volatile memories but they are not activated. In order to activate the new parameters, these should to stored into nonvolatile memories and then the system should be restarted again.
If public (outside) access to automatically recorded conversations is required (i.e., archiving XTools for conversation records is located outside), NAT should be programmed such that the UDP port (set in Voice recorder settings
page) is forwarded to the IP address of the Telesis system.
Note that it is also necessary to set Autorecording transfer protocol
and Voicerecorder client IP address
parameters appropriately within Voice recorder settings
page in order to download automatically recorded conversations via XTools.
