XymphonyProgramming-PortForDownloadingCMDRAndSignalingAnalysisRecordsViaXTools

By factory default, this port is 9876. If desired, the default value can be modified to another. To do this, click on Cmdr link in Homepage Ethernet paragraph.

The Cmdr link opens Cmdr settings page.

Edit the XTools/Monitor(UDP)Cmdr(TCP)port textbox for the desired port number and then click on OK button. Be aware that when OK button is clicked in Cmdr settings page, modified parameters are stored into volatile memories but they are not activated. In order to activate the new parameters, these should to stored into nonvolatile memories and then the system should be restarted again.

If public (outside) access to CMDR data is required (i.e., XTools collecting CMDR data is located outside), NAT should be programmed such that the TCP port (set in Cmdr settings page) is forwarded to the IP address of the Telesis system.

If public (outside) access to signaling analysis-monitoring data is required (i.e., XTools collecting signaling analysis data is located outside), NAT should be programmed such that the UDP port (set in Cmdr settings page) is forwarded to the IP address of the Telesis system.

Note that it is also necessary to set Cmdr protocol and XTools Cmdr client IP address parameters appropriately within Cmdr settings page in order to download CMDR and signaling analysis records via XTools.
