XymphonyProgramming-SIPRedundancy

SIP subscribers added to an AU in the CAU structure can be backed up to another AU. In order to back up Sip subscribers, the Tie line checkbox should not be marked, sip subscriber must not be a route member and the Register/Gatekeeper type Local should be selected.

On the Basic SIP voip settings page opened with Ethernet / Sip, there are Primary sip server and secondary sip server table. If the sip subscribers (primary sip server) in which AU will be backed up in another AU (secondary sip server), secondary sip server should be written in front of the primary sip server. For example, if sip subscribers in AU1 will be backed up in AU3, the table should be as shown below.

When the OK button at the bottom of the table is pressed and SystemPrm / Save is clicked, Sip subscribers in AU1 are created in AU3 with the same access codes.

Sip subscribers in AU1;

Backed up in AU3.

On the Sip phone side, the IP address and sip port of AU1 should be written to Sip server 1, and the IP address and sip port of AU3 to Sip server 2 should be written.
