FIASImplementationInTelesisSystemsXymphony supports Hotel management system (PMI-Property Management Interface). The supported protocol is PMI (Property Management Interface) according to Micros-Fidelio Interface Application Specifications (FIAS). Xymphony acts as a client and periodically tries to connect to Fidelio interface server defined as Fidelio server IP address and Fidelio server port (Xymphony-PMI Settings ). In brief Guest check-in, Guest check-out , Wake up request, Wake up clear, Posting answer records are accepted from PMS. Upon receiving Guest check-in record, relevant guest room Account properties/Occupancy status is marked as occupied, User properties/Do not disturb and User properties/Reminder timeNon recursive are cleared. User properties/User authorized calls flag 14 is set. If the record has guest name field, the name is stored to display on TELESIS feature phones for the calls originating from the guest room. 2. Guest Data 2.1 GI Check In Record (From PMS): Usage: Sent from Fidelio to Xymphony upon guest Check In

2.2 GO Check Out Record (From PMS): Usage: Sent from Fidelio to Xymphony upon guest Check Out

3. Room Data 3.1 RE Room Equipment Status (to PMS): Usage: Sent from Xymphony to Fidelio upon law action Room house keeping (default 8310) + 1 (room require cleaning) or 0 (room ->clean) is dialed from RN to update Room maid status.

Note: Xymphony never sends RS5 or RS6
4. Wake up 4.1. WR - Wake Up Request (from PMS): Usage: Sent from Fidelio to Xymphony to set automatic PABX wake up call

Note: PABX has one wake up memory for each RN. Therefore it updates wake up day and time to latest requested.
4.2 WC Wake Up Clear (From PMS): Usage: Sent from Fidelio to Xymphony to cancel automatic PABX wake up call
Example: WC|RN1011|DA010101|TI060000|
Note: For each RN the PABX has one wake up memory which is cleared only if the WC record has matching date and time. PABX wake up memory is also cleared if WC record has no date and time information or GI or GO record is received.
4.3 WA Wake Up Answer (To PMS): Usage: Sent from Xymphony to Fidelio to report the success or failure status of the wake up call.

5. Charge Posting 5.1 PS Call Charge Posting (to PMS): Usage: Sent from to Xymphony to Fidelio to post call charges to guest folio

Note: TI is the time at which the call has ended.
5.2 PS Minibar Charge Posting (to PMS): Usage: Sent from to Xymphony to Fidelio to post minibar charges to guest folio

Note: Sent from Xymphony to Fidelio when Room report (default 8311) + pp (minibar article in 2 digits) + nn (Number of articles 2 digits) is dialed from RN.
5.3 PA Posting Answer (from PMS): Usage: Sent from to Fidelio to Xymphony
