Telesis Products with Voice Recording Feature

Telesis IP - Digital Hybrid PBX Exchanges:

Telesis exchanges offer Voice Recording (Conversation Recording) feature thanks to its integrated DVR hardware.

Voice Recording Types;

Instant voice recording (double-sided),

Automatic voice recording (double-sided).

Instant voice recording

Instant voice recording feature is the standard feature of Telesis Telephone Exchanges. During the call, You can start the voice recording process by pressing the Rec key (voice record button), and stop the voice recording process by pressing the "Rec" voice record key again.

Voice recording process starts when analog extensions and sip phones first hold and dial the prefix of the call voice record (866 in factory values) and press hold again during the call. You can listen to the recorded voice recordings from the subscribers, where the voice recording was made, and download and back them up to your computer in compressed audio format with Xcom (PC Console).

Automatic voice recording

Telesis systems allow Automatic Conversation Recording applications with much of ease. All conversations on pre-selected TDM ports or IP users may be automatically recorded. Unlike other external recording products, Telesis solution is:

  • fully integrated with the Telesis System
  • cost-effective
  • easily maintained
  • capable of bi-directional, echo-free, high-quality voice recording
  • capable of archiving compressed or uncompressed voice records
  • with freeware downloading, archiving, indexing, and reporting utility XTools
  • with the possibility of Uploading Voice Records via FTP
  • with the possibility of authorized remote access over IP
  • with the possibility of re-selecting ports (to be recorded) easily with programming only
