XymphonyProgramming-CAUSetupIf AU's are in the same LAN, you can use Easy CAU (PX24 mLrX CAU Installation) for CAU setup If some AUs are in LAN and some AUs are in different LANs, set up as shown below (Behind NAT) ![]() 1. Set the dip switches of each AU (CAU Dipswitch settings). Start with setting 10.0.0.1 for the first AU,10.0.0.2 for second AU ,and leaving some empty ip adresses considering future installations. 2. Start each AU with service mode (PX24 mLrX Service Mode) and click File System Cleanup 3. Connect AU1 with web browser and define username and password (Define Admin Username and Password) 4. Click Ethernet/Basic from AU1 to change ip address, subnet mask, default gateway ip address and DNS server ip address. Mark Declare gateway public address check box. The checkbox should be marked if the system is operating behind a NAT. If marked, Gateway public IP address discovered above will be declared as self IP address whenever Xymphony sends a message to a (wan) public address, provided that Default gateway wan IP address field above is left empty. Xymphony (Telesis systems are Stored-Program-Controlled (SPC) systems. Their leading-edge operational software, Xymphony, has been developed by Telesis A.S.) will ask DNS server for ip address of WAN ![]() Press the OK button at the bottom of the page. Click Ethernet/Basic from AU1 and check Declare gateway public address, if it shows the WAN ip address to which the router is connected, AU1 has internet connection. if you can't see the gateway public address, discuss the ethernet settings of AU1 with the IT staff. 5. Do the same settings as above in AU2, ip address must be 192.168.5.66 of AU2 6. Use port forwarding from the router A that AU1 and AU2 are connected to. Ports 30250-30499 should be forwarded to AU1 ip address ![]() Ports 30500-30749 should be forwarded to AU2 ip address ![]() 7.Use port forwarding from the router B that AU3 and AU4 are connected to. ![]() ![]() 8.Connect to AU1 via web interface and go to the cau member definition page opened with CAU / Edit Connect to AU2 via web interface and copy exchange id key from the main page ![]() And paste it in Cau member defination table of AU1 and write ip address of AU2 ![]() Connect to AU3 and AU4, copy the id keys and write the WAN ip addresses in the table and press the down button at the bottom of the page. ![]() Press CAU / Download from main page of AU1 and save CauDef15.bin file ![]() ![]() 9. Load Cau member definition table (CauDef15.bin) with Cau / Upload by connecting to other AU unit in CAU architecture. After the installation process is finished, enter the Cau member definitions table with Cau / Edit and enter the ip address of the AU unit you downloaded the table from. 10. Follow the steps in items 5 and 6 on all AU units. After the CAU member definitions are made, you can connect to an AU unit in the system via the web interface and enter parameters into the system. After the parameter is entered, the change made within 1-2 minutes is sent to other AUs. When the parameter is saved after the change, the parameters are immediately saved in the non-volatile memory of all AUs. |
